Vintage Svenskt Tenn Serving Trolley by Josef Frank – 1950s Swedish Bar Cart – Mid Century Modern Tea Cart – Brass Tone Steel

Exceptional vintage serving trolley produced by Svenskt Tenn, Sweden, associated with the celebrated Austrian-Swedish designer Josef Frank and dating to the Mid-Century period.

This elegant two-tier trolley features a wonderfully decorative steel construction with a warm aged brass-tone finish, perforated metal trays and beautifully curved structural elements.

The two large decorative side wheels are particularly striking, featuring delicate scrolling metalwork, while the smaller caster wheels allow the trolley to be moved easily.

The upper level provides a generous serving surface with raised perforated edges and integrated handles. A second lower shelf provides additional storage for bottles, glasses, tableware or decorative objects.

The beautifully aged surface has developed a rich patina over decades, giving the trolley tremendous character and an authentic vintage appearance.
