  1. Products and descriptions

VINTAGEALLCO specialises in antique, vintage, and previously owned items. Signs of age, wear, patina, minor irregularities, previous repairs, and manufacturing variations are characteristic of such items.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph each item accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen. Customers are encouraged to review all photographs, measurements, and descriptions and to request additional information before ordering.

These provisions do not restrict the customer’s statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly described goods.

  1. Contract formation

Product listings constitute an invitation to place an order and are not a binding offer.

By completing checkout and clicking the payment-obligation order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The automatic order-receipt email confirms receipt of the order but does not constitute acceptance unless expressly stated.

A contract is formed when we send an order-acceptance or shipping confirmation, or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.

  1. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in euros.

All prices are final prices. No VAT is charged or separately shown in accordance with §19 UStG. Shipping costs are additional and are displayed before the order is placed.

The available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment is due according to the conditions of the selected payment provider.

  1. Delivery

We deliver to the destinations available during checkout. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed on the product page, during checkout, or communicated individually for large or unusually fragile items.

Delivery times may be extended by customs procedures, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an item cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect address or failed to accept delivery, reasonable additional delivery costs may be charged where legally permitted.

  1. International orders

Customers ordering from outside Germany may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, and administrative fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated.

  1. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

  1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.

Complete information concerning the withdrawal period, procedure, return costs, electronic withdrawal function, and model withdrawal form is provided on our Shipping & Returns or Right of Withdrawal page.

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain unaffected.

  1. Returns

Customers must follow the instructions on our Shipping & Returns page. Returned items should be packaged securely and include all components supplied with the order.

The customer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as permitted by law.

  1. Transport damage

Please inspect the parcel upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly and retain the item and all packaging. Photographs of the item, parcel, packaging, and shipping label will help us process the matter.

Failure to report damage immediately does not remove a consumer’s statutory rights.

  1. Statutory warranty rights

Statutory rights concerning defective goods apply. These rights are not excluded by the age, antique status, or used condition of an item.

Features and signs of age that were clearly disclosed in the product description and expressly agreed before purchase are considered part of the agreed condition of the product.

  1. Antique and vintage electrical items

The product description will state any information known to us regarding the electrical condition of a lamp or other electrical item.

Due to their age, antique and vintage electrical items should be inspected by a qualified electrician before installation or use. Customers are responsible for checking compatibility with local voltage, plugs, wiring standards, and installation requirements.

This section does not limit statutory product-safety or consumer rights.

  1. Liability

We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under applicable product-liability law, and where liability cannot legally be restricted.

For slight negligence involving an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to damage that was foreseeable and typical when the contract was concluded. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

  1. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

  1. Governing law

German law applies. If the customer is a consumer residing outside Germany, this choice of law does not deprive the customer of mandatory consumer protections applicable in their country of residence.
