Orders are dispatched from Eitting, Germany. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or provided by quotation for large and fragile items.

For deliveries to the United States and other countries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and handling charges unless explicitly included at checkout. We are not responsible for customs-related delays.

EU consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. To request a return, contact info@vintageallco.com. Returned goods must be dispatched within 14 days after notifying us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be carefully packaged and returned in the condition received. A reduction may be made for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the item.

Following a valid withdrawal, the purchase price and standard outbound delivery cost will be refunded. Additional express or premium delivery costs are non-refundable. Refunds may be withheld until the returned item or proof of return has been received.

For damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, please contact us promptly. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise expressly agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
