Pair of Antique Japanese Satsuma Vases – Hand-Painted, 14.5 cm, Signed Base

€450.00

Availability: 1 in stock

This pair of antique Japanese Satsuma vases dates to the late Meiji or early Taisho period (circa 1900–1920). Both vases feature hand-painted landscapes with bamboo, florals, and gold details — a fine example of traditional Japanese ceramic craftsmanship.

Each vase is marked on the base and features the signature crackled glaze typical of Satsuma ware.

🔴 Condition Note:
Both vases show visible rim damage (see close-up photos), and one has a fine surface crack near the opening. There are no structural breaks, but the flaws are reflected in the price. Ideal for display purposes or collectors of authentic aged pottery.
